just to clarify, sean is a very good friend and classmate of mine and in class one day we realized i would be a perfect research subject for his project, so we sat down and did a formal interview. a lot of the comments may be paraphrased or changed slightly on his part to protect identities. I truly hope no one is offended by his paper!
